Tomato Sev Recipe
Ingredients-
- 1 cup of gram flour
- 1 tbsp of garlic paste
- ½ tsp of red chilli powder
- ½ tsp of coriander-cumin seeds powder
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
- salt to taste
- Oil
Procedure:-
- Take gram flour in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, tomato ketchup and garlic paste.
- Add 1 tsp of oil and mix it well.
- Make a thick batter. Prevent the lumps
- If batter is very thick, add water and mix it well.
- Cover the batter and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, mix the batter well.
- Take sev maker and grease with oil.
- Place the batter in sev maker and close it.
- Heat the oil on medium flame.
- Hold the sev maker over frying pan.
- Press the sev maker handle.
- When sev comes out, move the sev maker in circular motion slowly and continue to press the handle.
- Make two circles and stop.
- Fry the sev on both sides on medium flame until it becomes crispy.
- Take out sev on absorbent paper.
- Make all sev in a similar way.
- Our tasty and crispy tomato sev is ready.
