Spicy Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 250 gm Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp of roasted & grounded peanuts
- 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- ½ tsp of coriander powder
- ½ tsp of cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp of oil
- Coriander leaves
Procedure :
- Wash and cut the Brussels sprouts into 4 pieces.
- Keep the pan on flame.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil in the pan.
- When the oil is heated, add cumin seeds.
- When cumin seeds crackle, add ginger-garlic paste and mix it.
- Cook it on low flame until it turns golden in colour.
- Reduce the flame.
- Add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, ½ tsp of coriander and ½ tsp of cumin seeds powder and mix it well.
- Add chopped Brussels sprouts and mix it.
- Add salt to taste and mix it.
- Add 2 tbsp of peanuts powder and mix it.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook it on low flame for 7-8 minutes.
- Open the lid and mix it.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve the spicy Brussels sprouts in a serving plate.
