Mango suji ka halwa
Mango suji halwa is a very tasty and delicious dessert recipe. It is made with semolina, mango pulp and sugar. Mango suji halwa is also called as mango sheera. We can make it for festival quickly.
Ingredients- सामग्री
- ½ cup of semolina (सूजी)
- ½ cup of mango pulp (आम का गूदा)
- 1/3 cup of sugar (चीनी)
- 2 tbsp of ghee (घी)
- 1 cup of milk (दूध)
- cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
- chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios)
(बादाम, काजू, पिसता)
Procedure:
- Heat a pan.
- Add 2 tbsp of ghee, semolina and mix it well.
- Roast the semolina for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
- Add mango pulp and mix it well.
- Reduce the flame.
- Add milk and mix it well.
- Add sugar, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and mix it.
- Cook the halwa on medium flame until it becomes thick.
- Reduce the flame.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Open the lid and mix it well.
- Our sweet and tasty mango suji halwa is ready.
- Serve the halwa in a serving plate.
