Maggi Pakoda Recipe

Maggi pakora is a very tasty and crispy snacks recipe for tea time or party starter.

Ingredients

  • 1 maggi noodles packet
  • ½ cup of gram flour
  • 3 tbsp of chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp of chopped carrot
  • 3 tbsp of chopped capsicum
  • ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp of cumin seeds powder
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Procedure:-

  1. Turn on the gas and keep pan on it.
  2. Add 3 cups of water.
  3. Cut the maggi packet and add maggi noodles in boiling water.
  4. Boil it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Strain the water and take the boiled maggi noodles in a bowl.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, maggi test powder, salt to taste.
  7. Mix it well.
  8. Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, fresh coriander.
  9. Mix it well together.
  10. Add gram flour and mix well.
  11. Add water as required and mix it.
  12. Heat the oil in frying pan.
  13. Take a small portion of maggi mixture and make balls.
  14. Drop the balls in oil carefully.
  15. Fry the maggi balls on medium flame until it turns golden.
  16. Take it out in absorbent paper.
  17. Serve the maggi pakora with tomato ketchup or chutney.
