Cut the paneer in cubes and then slit each cube from the centre making 2 slices of paneer.
Apply a thin layer of coriander mint chutney on the paneer slices and make small paneer sandwiches.
Make the gram flour batter for coating.
Add chopped green chilli, garlic paste, carom Seeds, cumin seeds powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste in to gram flour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the paneer sandwiches into the batter. Make sure they are coated well in this batter.
Fry the coated sandwiches in the hot oil until it becomes light golden.
Fry the paneer sandwiches both sides.
Once they are fried. Take it out on absorbent paper.
Paneer pakoras are ready to serve.
Eat the paneer pakoras with tomato ketchup or any type of chutney.
