Nacho Chips Recipe
Nachos are a Mexican snacks recipe. It’s made from corn tortilla. Nacho chips are tasty, very crispy and delicious snacks for party or tea time. Kids enjoy these chips very much.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of corn flour
- ½ cup of wheat flour
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- ½ tsp of carom seeds
- ¼ tsp of oregano
- salt to taste
- oil
Procedure:-
- Take a big bowl.
- Add corn flour, wheat flour in it.
- Add turmeric powder, carom seeds, oregano, salt to taste and 2 tsp of oil.
- Mix it well.
- Add little amount of water and make a hard dough.
- Knead the dough well.
- Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Apply the oil on board and knead the dough.
- Make the small balls.
- Apply the oil on top of the rolling board and rolling pin
- Take a small ball and roll it into circular and thin (sheet)poori.
- Prick the poori with the help of fork.
- Cut the poori in the center with the help of cutter or knife.
- Heat the oil. Do not overheat Oil.
- Place the chips in oil carefully.
- Fry the nacho chips on low-medium flame until it become crispy.
- Take it out on absorbent paper.
- Enjoy the nacho chops with mayonnaise, ketchup or cheese sauce.
Tips:
- You can add chilli powder, black pepper.
- You can bake the nacho chips in the oven.
