Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Cheesy stuffed mushroom is easy and delicious party appetizer recipe.

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 200 gm cup mushroom (मशरूम)
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
  • mozzarella cheese (मोजेरिला चीज)
  • 1 tsp of mix herbs (जड़ी-बूटी /हर्ब्स)
  • 1 tbsp of chopped garlic ( लहसुन)
  • ½ tsp of black pepper (काली मिर्च )
  • salt to taste (नमक)
  • 1 tsp of oil (तेल )

Procedure:

  1. Clean the mushrooms with paper towel and remove the mushroom stems.
  2. Keep mashrooms in a plate.
  3. Cut mushroom stems well.
  4. Turn on the gas and keep the pan on it.
  5. Add oil in a pan.
  6. When the oil is heated, add garlic and saute it for 1 minute on medium flame.
  7. Add capsicum, chopped mushrooms stems and mix it well.
  8. Saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  9. Add mix herbs, black paper, salt to taste and mix it well.
  10. Our filling is ready.
  11. Take out the cooked stuffing in a plate and let it cool down.
  12. Fill the mushroom cup with the cooked filling. The filling should be in the level of the mushroom.
  13. Garnish it with grated mozzarella cheese.
  14. Place the mushroom on a baking tray.
  15. Fill all mushrooms in a similar way.
  16. Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 – 12 minutes.
  17. Serve the stuffed cheesy mushrooms with any sauce.
