Aam Ki Poori Recipe
Ingredients- सामग्री
- 1 cup of wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
- 2 tbsp of rice flour (चावल का आटा)
- 1 cup of mango (आम)
- 1 tbsp of powder sugar(पाउडर चीनी)
- ½ tsp of green cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
- Salt to taste (नमक)
- Oil (तेल)
## Procedure:- Take a big bowl.
- Add 1 cup of wheat flour in a bowl.
- Add rice flour, powder sugar, cardamom powder and salt to taste.
- Mix the flour well.
- Add little amount of mango pulp to wheat flour and knead to make dough.
- Add little oil and knead the dough well.
- The dough should be a little soft and a bit harder than that of roti dough.
- Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, knead the dough on rolling board.
- Divide the dough into small portions and make the lumps.
- Take a dough ball and dip into wheat flour.
- Roll it on rolling board.
- You can use oil for rolling the poori.
- Roll all pooris and keep in a plate
- Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is heated well, add as many pooris as possible and press them gently with ladle to puff them up.
- Fry the pooris until it turns golden brown.
- Take out the pooris in absorbent paper.
- Mango poori is ready.
- Serve the mango poori with aamras or subzi.
