Aam Ki Poori Recipe

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 1 cup of wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा)
  • 2 tbsp of rice flour (चावल का आटा)
  • 1 cup of mango (आम)
  • 1 tbsp of powder sugar(पाउडर चीनी)
  • ½ tsp of green cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
  • Salt to taste (नमक)
  • Oil (तेल)
## Procedure:
  1. Take a big bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup of wheat flour in a bowl.
  3. Add rice flour, powder sugar, cardamom powder and salt to taste.
  4. Mix the flour well.
  5. Add little amount of mango pulp to wheat flour and knead to make dough.
  6. Add little oil and knead the dough well.
  7. The dough should be a little soft and a bit harder than that of roti dough.
  8. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  9. After 10 minutes, knead the dough on rolling board.
  10. Divide the dough into small portions and make the lumps.
  11. Take a dough ball and dip into wheat flour.
  12. Roll it on rolling board.
  13. You can use oil for rolling the poori.
  14. Roll all pooris and keep in a plate
  15. Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is heated well, add as many pooris as possible and press them gently with ladle to puff them up.
  16. Fry the pooris until it turns golden brown.
  17. Take out the pooris in absorbent paper.
  18. Mango poori is ready.
  19. Serve the mango poori with aamras or subzi.
