Chicken Keema Tikki recipe
Chicken mince (Keema) is made from chicken breasts by grinding it in a grinder machine. It’s very simple and easy to make. It’s tasty and delicious. It is popular all over the world.
Ingredients- सामग्री
- 250g of chicken mince (चिकन कीमा)
- 1 tsp of onion powder (प्याज पाउडर)
- 1 tsp of garlic powder (लहसुन पाउडर)
- ½ tsp of crush black pepper (क्रश काली मिर्च )
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1 tsp of lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
- Salt to taste (नमक)
- 2 tbsp of plain flour (मैदा)
- 1 tbsp of bread crumbs (ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स)
- Oil (तेल)
Procedure:-
- Take chicken mince in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red chilli powder and salt to taste in the chicken mince.
- Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Make a dry mixture for kabab coating.
- Take plain flour and bread crumbs in a plate.
- Add some onion powder, garlic powder and salt to taste and mix it well.
- Grease the palm with oil and take a small portion of chicken mixture.
- Make a small ball and give it a flat shape (don’t make thick)
- Coat the chicken tikki in dry mixture very well.
- Keep it in a plate. Make all tikki in similar way.
- Turn on the flame and keep a pan on the gas.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and spread it all over.
- Place the tikki on pan and add some oil over the tikki.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
- Then open the lid and flip the tikki on other side.
- Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame until it turns golden brown.
- Chicken kabab/tikki is ready. Take out it in a serving plate.
- Serve the hot chicken kabab with tomato ketchup or you can make chicken burger.
