Chicken Keema Tikki recipe

Chicken mince (Keema) is made from chicken breasts by grinding it in a grinder machine. It’s very simple and easy to make. It’s tasty and delicious. It is popular all over the world.

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 250g of chicken mince (चिकन कीमा)
  • 1 tsp of onion powder (प्याज पाउडर)
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder (लहसुन पाउडर)
  • ½ tsp of crush black pepper (क्रश काली मिर्च )
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
  • Salt to taste (नमक)
  • 2 tbsp of plain flour (मैदा)
  • 1 tbsp of bread crumbs (ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स)
  • Oil (तेल)

Procedure:-

  1. Take chicken mince in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red chilli powder and salt to taste in the chicken mince.
  3. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  4. Make a dry mixture for kabab coating.
  5. Take plain flour and bread crumbs in a plate.
  6. Add some onion powder, garlic powder and salt to taste and mix it well.
  7. Grease the palm with oil and take a small portion of chicken mixture.
  8. Make a small ball and give it a flat shape (don’t make thick)
  9. Coat the chicken tikki in dry mixture very well.
  10. Keep it in a plate. Make all tikki in similar way.
  11. Turn on the flame and keep a pan on the gas.
  12. Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and spread it all over.
  13. Place the tikki on pan and add some oil over the tikki.
  14. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  15. Then open the lid and flip the tikki on other side.
  16. Cook it for 5-6 minutes on low flame until it turns golden brown.
  17. Chicken kabab/tikki is ready. Take out it in a serving plate.
  18. Serve the hot chicken kabab with tomato ketchup or you can make chicken burger.
