Cut the guava into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Take a grinder jar.
Add Guava pieces, green chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, mint leaves, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black paper, salt to taste and lemon juice in grinder jar.
Grind it into smooth paste.
Our guava chutney is ready.
Serve the guava chutney with idli, dosa or with starter and as a side dish.
