Palak Oats Cheela
Palak oats cheela is a very healthy and tasty recipe for breakfast and weight loss. Oats are incredibly nutritious and rich in antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chopped spinach leaves
- ½ cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tbsp of yogurt
- 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds powder
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- Pinch of asafoetida
- salt to taste
- Oil
Procedure:-
- Grind the oats into powder.
- Take a big bowl.
- Add wheat flour, oats flour, green chilli, cumin seeds powder, ginger garlic paste and chopped spinach in a bowl.
- Mix it well.
- Add yogurt, asafoetida and mix it.
- Add water and make thin batter.
- Add salt to taste and turmeric powder and mix it.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Turn on the gas and keep the flat pan on gas.
- Pour the ½ tsp of oil on the pan and spread.
- Add the batter on the pan using spoon and spread evenly.
- Cook the cheela on low flame until the lower side turns golden brown.
- Apply little oil on the top of it and flip it.
- Let it cook until it turns golden brown.
- Take out the spinach oats cheela in a plate.
- Delicious and healthy spinach oats cheela is ready to serve.
Tip:
- You can make small size of pan cake also.
