omelette sandwich recipe

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 4 bread slices (ब्रेड्)
  • 3-4 eggs (अंडे)
  • 2 cheese slices (चीज़ स्लाइस)
  • red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • Black Pepper powder (काली मिर्च )
  • garlic powder(लहसुन पाउडर)
  • salt to taste (नमक)
  • butter (मक्खन)

Procedure:

  1. Cut the bread slices into rectangular or circular shape.
  2. Cut cheese slices in same way.
  3. Heat a pan. Add butter as required.
  4. Place the bread slices on pan (tava)
  5. Roast on both sides.
  6. Take out bread slices in a plate.
  7. Add 1 tsp of butter.
  8. Grease the ring with oil.
  9. Place the ring on tava.
  10. Shake the egg and break it.
  11. Add egg in the center of ring.
  12. Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garlic powder, salt to taste on top.
  13. Cook it on low –medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
  14. Remove the ring and flip the omelette to another side.
  15. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  16. Reduce the flame.
  17. Move it aside and place the bread slices on tava.
  18. Put the egg omelette on the top of bread, then add cheese slices, bread slices.
  19. Flip it and cook it for 20 seconds.
  20. Take out the omelette sandwich in a serving plate.

Tip: You can make omelette without ring. Don’t overcook.
