Chicken Matar Keema Recipe
Ingredients- सामग्री
- 250g of chicken mince (चिकन कीमा)
- ½ cup of green peas (हरी मटर)
- 1 chopped onion (प्याज)
- 1 chopped tomato (टमाटर)
- ½ tsp of cumin seeds (जीरा)
- 1 tbsp of ginger & garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट)
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1 tsp of garam masala (गरम मसाला)
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder (हल्दी)
- Coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
- Salt to taste (नमक)
- Oil (तेल)
Procedure:-
Chicken mince (Keema) is made from chicken breasts by grinding it in a grinder machine. It’s very simple and easy to make. It’s tasty and delicious. We can eat with Pav and roti. It is popular all over the world.
- Turn on the gas and put a pan on it.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
- Heat the oil
- Add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped onions and cook until it turns golden brown on medium flame
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for another 1-2 mins on low flame
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well
- Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame
- Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder and mix it
- Add green peas and mix it.
- Add chicken mince and mix it well
- Add garam masala powder and mix it well
- Cover the pan and cook it for 10-15 mins on low flame
- Add fresh coriander leaves and mix.
- Serve with bread, soft rounds, roti etc.
