Cabbage Pakora Recipe
Cabbage fritters is a very tasty Indian snacks recipe. It’s very tasty, crispy and delicious recipe for starter or tea time as well. It is made with cabbage, flour and some spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of grated cabbage
- ½ cup of gram flour
- 2 tbsp of rice flour
- 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- ½ tsp of coriander-cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- oil
Procedure:-
- Take a bowl.
- Add grated cabbage in a bowl.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste.
- Mix it well.
- Add lemon juice and mix it.
- Add chopped coriander and mix it.
- Add gram flour, rice flour and mix it well.
- If the water is required, add 2-3 tbsp of water and mix it.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- When the oil is heated, take a small portion of cabbage mixture and place it in oil carefully.
- Dip fry all pakoras on medium flame until they become golden brown.
- Take out the pakoras on absorbent paper.
- Serve the hot tasty cabbage pakoras with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
- Enjoy the cabbage pakora in rainy season or winter.
