Cabbage Pakora Recipe

Cabbage fritters is a very tasty Indian snacks recipe. It’s very tasty, crispy and delicious recipe for starter or tea time as well. It is made with cabbage, flour and some spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of grated cabbage
  • ½ cup of gram flour
  • 2 tbsp of rice flour
  • 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp of coriander-cumin seeds powder
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Procedure:-

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add grated cabbage in a bowl.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Add lemon juice and mix it.
  6. Add chopped coriander and mix it.
  7. Add gram flour, rice flour and mix it well.
  8. If the water is required, add 2-3 tbsp of water and mix it.
  9. Heat the oil in a pan.
  10. When the oil is heated, take a small portion of cabbage mixture and place it in oil carefully.
  11. Dip fry all pakoras on medium flame until they become golden brown.
  12. Take out the pakoras on absorbent paper.
  13. Serve the hot tasty cabbage pakoras with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
  14. Enjoy the cabbage pakora in rainy season or winter.
