Bread Paneer Roll Recipe

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 4-5 bread slices (ब्रेड्)
  • 1 cup of grated paneer (पनीर)
  • ½ cup of green peas (हरी मटर)
  • 1 inch ginger & 4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped (अदरक लहसुन)
  • ½ tsp of cumin seeds (जीरा)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • ½ tsp paneer masala (पनीर मसाला)
  • coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
  • salt to taste (नमक)
  • Oil (तेल)

Procedure:

  1. Turn on the gas and keep the pan on it.
  2. Add 1 tsp of oil in the pan.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. When the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped ginger and garlic.
  5. Saute it.
  6. Reduce the flame.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green peas and grated paneer.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add salt to taste, paneer masala and coriander leaves.
  10. Mix it well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
  11. Mix it and smash the green peas with the help of spatula.
  12. Cook the stuffing for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
  13. Take out the paneer stuffing in a bowl.
  14. Let it cool down.
  15. Take the bread slices and cut the edges.
  16. Roll the bread slice on rolling board.
  17. Apply the water around the edges.
  18. Add 2 tsp of paneer stuffing on the bread slice.
  19. Make a roll and close the edges well.
  20. Heat the oil in kadai (Yok)
  21. Place the bread roll in the oil carefully.
  22. Fry it on medium flame until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  23. Take out the bread paneer roll on absorbent paper.
  24. Serve the bread paneer roll with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
