Bread Paneer Roll Recipe
Ingredients- सामग्री
- 4-5 bread slices (ब्रेड्)
- 1 cup of grated paneer (पनीर)
- ½ cup of green peas (हरी मटर)
- 1 inch ginger & 4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped (अदरक लहसुन)
- ½ tsp of cumin seeds (जीरा)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- ½ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- ½ tsp paneer masala (पनीर मसाला)
- coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
- salt to taste (नमक)
- Oil (तेल)
Procedure:
- Turn on the gas and keep the pan on it.
- Add 1 tsp of oil in the pan.
- Add cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds crackle, add chopped ginger and garlic.
- Saute it.
- Reduce the flame.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green peas and grated paneer.
- Mix it well.
- Add salt to taste, paneer masala and coriander leaves.
- Mix it well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Mix it and smash the green peas with the help of spatula.
- Cook the stuffing for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Take out the paneer stuffing in a bowl.
- Let it cool down.
- Take the bread slices and cut the edges.
- Roll the bread slice on rolling board.
- Apply the water around the edges.
- Add 2 tsp of paneer stuffing on the bread slice.
- Make a roll and close the edges well.
- Heat the oil in kadai (Yok)
- Place the bread roll in the oil carefully.
- Fry it on medium flame until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- Take out the bread paneer roll on absorbent paper.
- Serve the bread paneer roll with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
