Boiled Egg Recipe

Ingredients- सामग्री

  • 4 boiled eggs (उबालें हुये अंडे)
  • 1 chopped onion (प्याज)
  • 1 chopped tomato (टमाटर)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
  • ¼ mustard seeds (सरसों)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी)
  • 1 tbsp green chillies, ginger and garlic paste (हरी मिर्च,अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट)
  • 1 tsp garam masala (गरम मसाला)
  • 6-7 curry leaves (करी पत्ते)
  • Coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
  • Salt to taste (नमक)
  • Oil (तेल)

Procedure:-

Boiled egg recipe is a very simple and easy to make. It’s tasty and delicious.

  1. Turn on the gas and put a pan on it.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
  3. Heat the oil
  4. Add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, add cumin seeds
  5. Add curry leaves.
  6. Add chopped onions and cook until it turns golden brown on medium flame
  7. Add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and cook it for another 1-2 mins on low flame
  8. Add turmeric powder and mix it
  9. Reduce the flame
  10. Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well
  11. Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame
  12. Add garam masala powder and mix it well
  13. Add salt to taste and mix.
  14. Add chopped boiled eggs and mix it
  15. Add fresh coriander and mix it.
  16. Cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame
  17. Serve with bread, soft rounds, roti etc.
