Boiled Egg Recipe
Ingredients- सामग्री
- 4 boiled eggs (उबालें हुये अंडे)
- 1 chopped onion (प्याज)
- 1 chopped tomato (टमाटर)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds (जीरा)
- ¼ mustard seeds (सरसों)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी)
- 1 tbsp green chillies, ginger and garlic paste (हरी मिर्च,अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट)
- 1 tsp garam masala (गरम मसाला)
- 6-7 curry leaves (करी पत्ते)
- Coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
- Salt to taste (नमक)
- Oil (तेल)
Procedure:-
Boiled egg recipe is a very simple and easy to make. It’s tasty and delicious.
- Turn on the gas and put a pan on it.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
- Heat the oil
- Add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, add cumin seeds
- Add curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and cook until it turns golden brown on medium flame
- Add green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and cook it for another 1-2 mins on low flame
- Add turmeric powder and mix it
- Reduce the flame
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well
- Cover the pan and cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame
- Add garam masala powder and mix it well
- Add salt to taste and mix.
- Add chopped boiled eggs and mix it
- Add fresh coriander and mix it.
- Cover the pan and cook it for 2-3 mins on low flame
- Serve with bread, soft rounds, roti etc.
