Eggless Banana Cup Cake

Eggless banana muffin is a very tasty, light, soft and moist recipe for everyone. It’s perfect recipe for breakfast also. You can eat with tea also.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of powder sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • ½ tsp of baking soda
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Chopped cashew nuts, almond

Procedure:-

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon powder in a bowl.
  3. Mix it well. Keep it aside.
  4. Smash the banana in a plate and keep it aside.
  5. Take a big bowl.
  6. Add melted butter, sugar and mix it well.
  7. Beat it well with the help of hand whisker or electric hand blender
  8. Add smashed banana and mix it well.
  9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  10. Add prepared plain flour mixture.
  11. Mix it well together.
  12. Add milk as required and mix it well.
  13. Make smooth and lump free batter.
  14. Add chopped cashew nuts, almonds and mix it.
  15. You can use chocolate chips or walnut also.
  16. Add few drops of vanilla essence and mix it.
  17. Place the batter in cupcake mould.
  18. Garnish with chopped cashew nuts or chocolate chips.
  19. Put the cupcakes tray in the oven.
  20. Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
  21. Take out the cupcakes and let it cool down.
