Eggless Banana Cup Cake
Eggless banana muffin is a very tasty, light, soft and moist recipe for everyone. It’s perfect recipe for breakfast also. You can eat with tea also.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/3 cup of powder sugar
- 2 tbsp of butter
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- ½ tsp of baking soda
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Chopped cashew nuts, almond
Procedure:-
- Take a bowl.
- Add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda, cinnamon powder in a bowl.
- Mix it well. Keep it aside.
- Smash the banana in a plate and keep it aside.
- Take a big bowl.
- Add melted butter, sugar and mix it well.
- Beat it well with the help of hand whisker or electric hand blender
- Add smashed banana and mix it well.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add prepared plain flour mixture.
- Mix it well together.
- Add milk as required and mix it well.
- Make smooth and lump free batter.
- Add chopped cashew nuts, almonds and mix it.
- You can use chocolate chips or walnut also.
- Add few drops of vanilla essence and mix it.
- Place the batter in cupcake mould.
- Garnish with chopped cashew nuts or chocolate chips.
- Put the cupcakes tray in the oven.
- Bake the cupcakes for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
- Take out the cupcakes and let it cool down.
